Booking

It is helpful to book your catering needs as early as possible to ensure your menu selection is available.

Presentation

Food can be presented to you on Feast platters. Alternatively your own platters can be dropped off prior to your event for plating up by Feast.

Pick up & delivery

All catering will be delivered free-of-charge in the Warkworth-Snells Beach-Matakana-Omaha area. A $15 delivery charge will be applied to other locations from Orewa to Waipu and $25 to central Auckland. We are happy to quote for delivery further afield.

All boxes, platters, dipping bowls and other utensils should be returned to Feast by the following day.

Equipment

Any equipment supplied for your event, including hireage, becomes the client's responsibility.  Any loss or breakage will be charged at its replacement value.

Payment

Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of a 10% deposit, with full payment due on the day of the function unless otherwise arranged with us, or you have an account with Feast.  A full refund of the deposit will be given if your event is cancelled at least 14 days prior to your event, and a 50% refund up to 7 days before.
